Everyday clothing for women & men
About HaoShang
Clothing for everyday life.
HaoShang is an online clothing store focused on practical, wearable and easy-to-style apparel for women and men. Our goal is to create a straightforward shopping experience supported by clear product information, transparent policies and accessible customer service.
Who we are
HaoShang was created around a simple idea: everyday clothing should be easy to understand, easy to combine and easy to shop for online.
Rather than positioning the store around highly specialized fashion categories, we focus on practical pieces that can fit naturally into ordinary wardrobes.
Depending on current inventory, our product range may include T-shirts, shirts, tops, knitwear, sweaters, dresses, trousers, jeans, jackets, outerwear and other clothing for daily wear.
The live product catalog represents the products currently available through the store.
Our Approach
Clear information.
Practical products.
Straightforward service.
We want customers to understand what they are ordering, how the ordering process works and where to find help when they need it.
What HaoShang focuses on
01
Everyday Wear
Clothing selected around ordinary daily use rather than one-time occasions only.
02
Practical Styling
Versatile pieces that can be combined with different parts of an everyday wardrobe.
03
Clear Information
Product descriptions, sizing information, options and policies presented as clearly as reasonably possible.
04
Customer Support
Contact channels for questions involving products, orders, shipping and after-sales service.
Our product approach
Clothing can look different depending on body shape, fabric, photography and styling. For this reason, we encourage customers to review the full product page rather than making a decision based only on the main product photograph.
Where available, customers should review product descriptions, color or variation options, size information, measurements, material information and any product-specific care instructions.
01. Review
Check the product page, available variations and size information before adding the item to your cart.
02. Confirm
Review your cart, delivery information and order details carefully before completing checkout.
03. Support
If a question arises before or after purchase, use our customer service channels to request assistance.
Our commitment to transparency
We believe important store information should not be hidden. Customers can review our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Warranty, Accessibility information and Customization Policy through the website.
These pages explain important parts of the shopping process, including order processing, delivery, return eligibility, refunds, customized products and customer support.
Customer service
Customer support is available for questions about products, sizing, orders, delivery, returns, refunds and other after-sales matters.
For existing orders, providing the order number helps us identify the correct transaction and review the available information more efficiently.
